Alfredo Ramirez, President/CEO
- With more than 19 years experience delivering technology solutions, Alfredo Ramirez is a serial entrepreneur. Ramirez previously held positions as VP Sales/Marketing at Reddwerks -- an enterprise software company -- and co-founded Vitalz -- a venture captial financed enterprise software company acquired by Oracle in 2002 -- and Daman Consulting -- a premier solution provider of enterprise application integration and business intelligence solutions. Ramirez’s extensive enterprise software experience also includes positions at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and Trilogy Software. Ramirez received his BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
Rick Leung, VP Solutions Engineering/CTO
- Rick Leung has more than 14 years experience architecting, developing and deploying enterprise software solutions such as business intelligence, application integration, visualization and network solutions. Previously Leung served as a lead technology consultant for many enterprise application development projects at Nationwide Insurance, AmeriSourceBergen and Eli Lilly. Leung received his BS in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
Andrew Chen, VP Operations/General Counsel
- Andrew Chen spent more than 14 years as General Counsel at Reddwerks -- an enterprise software company -- and as an Attorney at international law firms such as Baker Botts LLP and Gray Cary (DLA Piper) where he served as legal counsel to multiple fortune 500 firms. Chen’s specialties include Mergers and Acquisitions, financings and securities law. Chen received his BA at Rice University and his JD at The George Washington University Law School.
Chris Gentsch, Director Solutions Engineering
- Chris Gentsch has more than 25 years experience designing and implementing video and network communications systems, TV broadcasting and multimedia services. Previously, Gentsch designed and implemented the University of Hawaii’s digital networks, video labs, television facilities and electronic classrooms. Gentsch received his MS in Telecommunications and Information Systems and Certification in Telecommunications Infrastructure Planning at The University of Hawaii.
