Advanced Analytics Default Panels

Configuration and settings for re-creating your default panels.

SUMMARY

Your Advanced Analytics comes with a variety of handy panels pre-configured but these default panels can be removed. This article will provide guidance on re-adding default panels manually but for an overview of Advanced Analytics custom configurations, please see our Creating Panels in Advanced Analytics page. The configuration settings below follow a consistent model which can be reproduced virtually anywhere in Advanced Analytics, provided you set the appropriate Category, Metric (Value), Group, Display, and Filter (as applicable). For example, if we wanted to look at packet loss over time as a pie chart, we could do so using the following configuration settings:

Calls by Packet Loss Trend

If you ever need to restore all panels in all modules (Realtime, Advanced Analytics, or Historical), you can select the ‘Clear Preferences’ under the menu dropdown in the upper right.

Please note that clicking ‘Clear Preferences’ permanently reverts all panels in all modules and cannot be reversed once performed. That said, if you only need a single panel it can be easier to simply rebuild it using it’s original settings. Below, we’ll list the default panels and their configuration settings but if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to let us know at support@vyopta.com.

Finally, Capacity panels are added based on information gathered from your infrastructure (so any new panel revisions should be pretty straight forward). If you do need to add new (or replace old)  capacity panels, you can do so by using the Capacity category under .

The MeetingsEndpoints, and Reports tabs use a table instead of configured panels, so we won’t have to worry about those within this context. With the information above, you should be set to re-create any of the panels found in Advanced Analytics!
