Capacity (Advanced Analytics)

The Capacity tab provides usage by specific technology and bridging method.

SUMMARY

Advanced Analytics capacity tab is informed by the architecture present in your environment. They vary based on how your organization uses bridging technology. That said, 95% of use cases will be accounted for in the generated panels that appear on setup (informed by the infrastructure added in your data collector). If you do need to create custom panels, we’ve got you covered on our Creating Panels page.

Capacity panels have a unique advanced click-through designed to show detailed information by simply clicking a data point on any capacity panel. Clicking on any point in a Capacity panel opens up an overlay window with the full participant details list for that particular day and time. In addition, you can click a data point within the capacity details panel to show participants active at a particular time within the selected date range.

CAPACITY PANELS

There are multiple possible capacity panels depending on the infrastructure present in your video environment. All capacity panels have editable parameters enabling the selection of one or more devices. All Capacity panels support advanced click through features and the ability to add multiple panels of the same type (as needed). Below, we’ll explore one example use-case (VCS), but supported vendors include Cisco (VCS, MCU, TPS, Acano CMS), Pexip, and Polycom.
