Dashboard (Historical)

The Dashboard is the main landing page for vAnalytics. The dashboard focuses on summary information and includes comparison panels for high level analysis.

SUMMARY METRICS

The dashboard summary metrics are provided by Vyopta to reflect the most important metrics we hear customers ask about the most often. They give the best summary of video environment usage and size at a glance. Rolling over these key metrics reveals the full value. vAnalytics Video, Historical Dashboard Summary Image

  1. Video Minutes: Total video minutes representing all calls internal and external within your entire collaboration network.
  2. Managed Endpoints: Total number of managed video hardware and software devices This represents the total number of endpoints created in your video system of record, e.g. CUCM, TMS, etc.
  3. Active Endpoints: Total number of managed hardware and software endpoints involved in a meeting.
  4. Meetings: Total number of bridge (VMR) or point to point (P2P) meetings.

    The new Participants by Protocol Panel displays the total distribution of participants by protocol type (WebRTC, Skype, SIP, H323, etc.) out of all calls.
  1. Bridge Participant Call Quality

    This new panel displays the overall call quality rating for any calls that happened on VMRs (TPS, MCU, Acano, Pexip, RMX, etc.) in the selected time period. Good, Fair and Bad are defined in the tool tip for this panel. Unknown quality means the call was either not monitored or quality data did not exist at that time (before May 2016 product update).
