Issues (Historical)

The Issues tab is a dashboard type tab that focuses on call connection and call quality issues.

SUMMARY

The Issues tab helps Vyopta users to understand, troubleshoot, and improve user experience and network performance for video collaboration. In addition, there is a Details table type sub-tab that provides issue detail information.

    Distribution of calls by quality according to packet loss and jitter. Good, Fair, and Bad ratings are defined in the panel tool tip. Unknown calls either were not monitored or happened before product was updated in May 2016.
  1. Bridge Participant Call Quality Trend

    This new panel displays the overall call quality rating for any calls that happened on VMRs (TPS, MCU, Acano, Pexip, RMX, etc.) over the selected time period. Good, Fair and Bad are defined in the tool tip for this panel. Unknown quality means the call was either not monitored or quality data did not exist at that time (before the May 2016 product update).
