Alfredo Ramirez

President, CEO & Co-Founder

Alfredo is a seasoned entrepreneur with direct experience in building enterprise software companies, which is why he proudly serves Vyopta as CEO and Co-Founder.

A nod to his passion for pushing the button of innovation, Alfredo previously co-founded Vitalz (a venture backed enterprise software company acquired by Oracle) and Daman Consulting. He also held positions at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and Trilogy Software and as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Reddwerks Corporation (Dematic). He holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Brett Panter

CFO

Having spent the last 18 years of his career as a finance executive for early-stage, high-growth technology companies, Brett Panter has a passion for making a difference. Serving as as CFO, Brett oversees finance, accounting, human resources and legal operations at Vyopta.

Previously, Brett was most recently CFO at Innography, a leading SaaS analytics business for intellectual property that sold to CPA Global in 2015. Brett was also CFO for NetQoS, a high growth enterprise software business that sold to CA Technologies in 2009. Brett received his B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas in Arlington.

Ruston Vickers

VP of SW Engineering

Ruston Vickers brings more than 20 years of extensive experience leading startups as well as large mature software development teams.

He has created enterprise software solutions used by many of the largest global brands. Ruston founded and served as CTO of ITKO, Inc. developing solutions in the distributed application space. The product suite created a new market category called Service Virtualization leading to the company’s acquisition by CA Technologies in 2011.

Rick Leung

CTO & Co-Founder

Rick is an experienced software entrepreneur and software technologist. As CTO and Co-Founder of Vyopta, Rick is responsible for leading all aspects of product strategy, software development, and delivery of Vyopta’s software product portfolio.

Previously, Rick was a consultant serving Fortune 500 clients such as Nationwide Insurance, AmeriSourceBergen and Eli Lilly. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.

Andrew Chen

General Counsel & Co-Founder

Andrew is responsible for all legal and contract matters and information technology/security of Vyopta as General Counsel and Co-Founder.

Prior to Vyopta, Andrew served in legal and executive capacities at two emerging growth software companies. He has practiced as a corporate attorney at international law firms such as Baker Botts L.L.P. and Gray Cary (DLA Piper) where he served as legal counsel to emerging growth and Fortune 500 companies on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings and securities law. He received his B.A. in Political Science and Policy Studies at Rice University and his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.

Jonathan Sass

VP of Product

Jonathan Sass began his career as an IT practitioner and has spent the last decade developing software products for IT with a focus on product strategy and monetization.

Since joining Vyopta in January of 2020, Jonathan has led his team in the development of product innovations such as adding advanced monitoring and analytics for Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex Meetings, and Google Meet, as well as improvements to Vyopta’s Collaboration Performance Management suite to help enhance the quality and reliability of telemedicine, distance learning and collaboration for remote workers. Jonathan holds an MBA from Harvard University as well as a BS in Applied Physics from Bethel University.
