Vyopta Awarded 2020 Unified Communications Excellence Award from TMC’s INTERNET TELEPHONY Magazine

Vyopta CPM Suite and Workspace Insights recognized for excellence and quality in delivering unified communications solutions

Austin, TX, (December 23, 2020) — Vyopta announced today that TMC, a global, integrated media company, has recognized Vyopta Collaboration Performance Management (CPM) Suite with a 2020 Unified Communications Excellence Award. This is the second year in a row that Vyopta has earned this honor, presented by TMC’s INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine.

 Vyopta has announced numerous innovations in the past year in response to the rapid rise in meeting (e.g., video conferencing) and unified communications & collaboration as a service (UCaaS) usage and the mission-critical nature of collaboration in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. Before the pandemic, the vast majority of Vyopta customers relied on premises-based meetings and unified communications & collaboration (UC) technologies from vendors such as Cisco. As the remote work shift occurred towards the beginning of the pandemic, there was a massive increase in adoption of UCaaS solutions.
