| COL-1140 | Fix stability issues found in monitoring endpoints with certain Cisco CE firmware versions. The issue occurred if the endpoint became unavailable (no connectivity) for a period of time and then came back online. Prior versions of Vyopta Endpoint Monitor would not be able to resume monitoring that endpoint. |
| COL-29 | Cover foundational monitoring of Cisco IX5000 and Cisco IX5200 models. Foundational monitoring includes in-call status, call rate, and start time. Live call details for the codec, resolution, channel rate and packet loss are also included where available across audio, video, and presentation channels for both transmit and receive. Note that frame rate and Jitter are currently not available and packet loss only includes partial information- packets sent. Please note that IX5000 and IX5200 monitoring requires SNMP version 2c for probing - this is prompted when running the EPM configuration utility. |
