The UC and collaboration landscape has gone through remarkable changes in the last few years (or even the last few months). The call for a global-first community in business has put a greater emphasis on UC and collaboration tools in all levels of organizations. From video conferencing to chat to sharing platforms—UC&C is more than just a fun way to see your peers or clients in another locale, it’s the way you need to conduct your business in order to thrive.

With these new demands in mind, we’ve been researching, talking to, and gathering data with customers and industry experts about what the new UC&C landscape looks like. The rise in demand has meant a rise in the availability of platforms and services that run the UC and collaboration gamut and a one-size-fits-all solution is not always available (or within the budget). More and more organizations are opting for a multi-vendor, UC hybrid environment—pulling from services that make more sense for what they need from more than one place and more than one vendor—and, in the process, increasing the demand for IT professionals that know how to wrangle everything.

We compiled what we learned and what you need to know in our newest e-book, Answering the Call: Understanding, Managing, and Optimizing your Multi-Vendor, Hybrid UC environment. In it we cover the who, what, where, and why of the next phase of evolution in the UC and collaboration industry.

We’re excited to finally be able to share it with all of you! Let us know what you think!
