Compliance
Vyopta is committed to providing and maintaining a secure platform for our customers, our partners and our community. Our goal meet or exceed industry standards for the security, availability, and confidentiality for the monitoring and analytics that we provided to our customers.
Our program was reviewed by independent third party auditors for SOC2 compliance and we will continue to adapt, improve, and evolve the program to better serve our customers. For more information, please contact your account representative or email us your questions at [email protected]
SOC 2 Compliance:
The Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 reports were developed to provide organizations with Trust Service Principles that govern operational and organizational controls. Vyopta is dedicated to maintaining controls that provide security, availability, and confidentiality for the services offered to its customers.
FedRAMP Tailored Li-SaaS Certification:
Vyopta has received the FedRAMP Tailored Li-SaaS certification from the U.S. Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), and is now listed on the FedRAMP marketplace website. The FedRAMP program provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services and enables government agencies to move from legacy IT to mission-enabling, secure, and cost-effective cloud-based IT. FedRAMP Tailored was developed to support industry solutions that are low risk and low cost for agencies to deploy and use. The LI-SaaS Baseline accounts for Low-Impact SaaS applications that do not store personal identifiable information (PII) beyond that is generally required for login capability (i.e. username, password, and email address). Vyopta’s new government customers can leverage the existing Authority to Operate – more information on that can be found on the FedRAMP website.
