Active Calls (Real Time)

The Active Calls tab provides real time insights into your  unified communications.

SUMMARY

The Active Calls tab pulls data from VCS-C and VCS-E call control devices. The data is collected continuously and displayed every 15 seconds. Call quality information is displayed from the perspective of the VCS.

Clicking on the Details icon for a particular call on the Active Calls tab will open a new tab that provides details such as bandwidth, frame rate, codec, packet loss, and jitter for every active call channel (audio, video, presentation) as well as graphs for the last two minutes of activity.
